Hello and welcome to The Little Loaf Shed!

We're a family-run micro bakery based in Northern Ireland, founded by husband and wife team Christine and Jon, with plenty of help, taste-testing and encouragement from our five amazing children and maybe one of our 4 furball babies!

What started as a love of baking has grown into a business we're incredibly proud to share with our community and customers across the UK.

Everything we make is baked with care using quality ingredients and plenty of homemade goodness. Whether you're treating yourself, sending a thoughtful gift or planning a special celebration, we're here to make it that little bit sweeter.

Every week we release our popular Postal Brownie Boxes, packed with a rotating selection of rich, fudgy brownies and delivered fresh to doorsteps across the UK.

For home bakers, we also offer Jane Dough, our fresh, active sourdough starter. Unlike dried starters, Jane Dough arrives alive, bubbly and ready to help you bake beautiful artisan sourdough from day one.

Planning an event? We offer an extensive range of buffet catering, including freshly prepared sandwich platters, savoury favourites, homemade sausage rolls, celebration cakes, brownies, traybakes, cheesecakes and desserts. Whether you're organising a birthday, baby shower, office lunch, family gathering or another special occasion, we'd love to help make your event delicious and stress free.

Every cake, graze and catering order is freshly prepared to order, so no two creations will ever be exactly the same.

🎨 Your Design

Inspiration photos are always welcome! We'll use them as a guide while adding our own Little Loaf Shed touch. The more information you can provide about colours, themes, wording and style, the better we can bring your vision to life.

🌿 Allergens & Dietary Requirements

Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering. We offer a range of gluten free and dairy free options. Please note that all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

📅 Booking

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends, holidays and special occasions. Short notice orders may be possible depending on availability.

🍽️ Serving Guide

Our serving guides are based on standard party-sized portions and are intended as a guide only. Portion sizes may vary depending on how generously you choose to serve.

❄️ Storage Instructions

Cakes - Please keep your cake refrigerated until around 1 to 2 hours before serving. Allowing it to come to room temperature will give you the best flavour and texture.

Grazing Platters & Catering - All grazing platters and chilled catering items should be refrigerated as soon as possible after collection. We recommend consuming them on the day of collection for the freshest quality. Please do not leave chilled foods at room temperature for extended periods.

📸 Photography

We absolutely love showcasing our creations! We may photograph your order for our social media and portfolio unless you let us know beforehand that you'd prefer us not to.
